Mad Magician, The
(US, Motion picture)
- (1954) Screenplay written by Crane Wilbur (who also wrote the script for a later Price vehicle, The Bat. Vincent Price stars as magician Gallico the Great, who goes mad after his tricks are stolen by a rival, and turns to murder. A mystery/thriller, filmed in 3D.

- (1944) Zachary Scott makes his film debut as Dimitrios, the unscrupulous criminal whose death Peter Lorre, as writer Cornelius Leyden, is investigating. He keeps meeting up with Sydney Greenstreet's Peters... Based on the Eric Ambler novel, and rather similar to the later The Third Man.
