Oyakata Shikoroyama

Terao, sans chon-mage, as a new oyakata.

After Terao retired, he became the oyakata - head "coach" of an heya, or sumo stable. His brother was oyakata of Isitzu, the heya under which Terao fought. Terao superseded him briefly, before founding his own heya, Shikoroyama - and Shikoroyama became his new name.

Terao has one rikishi in the maegashira ranks, who is doing quite well.
