Lego's Ocean Adventure: Exhibit at Virginia Living Musueum I visited the Virginia Living Museum on Saturday, April 22, 2006. Researching the Museum's opening/closing times on the web (www.valivingmuseum.org/) I discovered that they had an exhibits called Legos Ocean Adventure. It was for kids of course, but I wanted to see it too! I love marine life, and I spent my time admiring the artistry of the Lego creations. There were four 'interactive areas' crafted out of yellow plastic: an underwater habitat, research submarine, underwater rover and a station where "children's imaginations are challenged to create their own creatures of the deep." The Legos creatures were attached to these areas. The exhibit was created by the Children's Museum of Indianapolis, who used 183,360 pieces to construct the 1,200 square foot exhibition.
